As soon as I saw it I thought "season two WOOO" but I am massivly dissapointed in how it has just been re-animated. what's worse is the story doesnt even follow the origonal in the first episode nevermind the 2nd and third. If they were to copy the origonal but re-animate it it would be worth however I'm dissapointed in such changes. (an example is in the origonal he kills the assassin that he lets go in this one, the assassin's death played a part later down in the line so how they will they follow the storyline when a character who died doesnt?) I'm not looking forward to this re-do of the season even tho the origonal was one of the best I've ever seen for Chinese anime.

when you complain bout this being different to previous animation while everyone else says first one deviates from original source and this one follows source more closely. oof

That was actually my second post on the matter as originally I linked the Manhua I found online by searching its name, after going through the first few chapters of the manhua I noticed that the previous animation was closer to the Manhua, If the one I found on "mangaclash" was in deed the wrong version then I will be delighting to see the correct one! I can't link the site due to it being auto-deleted however it currently has 204 chapters on it and in the first chapter the he kills the assissin hiding in the trees, and doesn't leave the mountain at all until AFTER Chu Huo Luo goes through a few months worth of training. which takes place after her trying to protet third yhounge master shen from her older sister (everything based from the ersion of the Manhua I found) again, if the 204 volume version I have found is indeed the incorect version I am more than happy to give the correct one a try! also on the following sites:

I will say that Youku (who anilist credit as the producers) have both this and the other version as does gogo) although the only version of the manhua I can find is the alternate version unfortunately.
